Kerry Way Stage: Kenmare to Killarney (25km 16 miles)

Start out in The Square in Kenmare and proceed along the roadside path along The Old Killarney Road. The Holy Cross Church is the first main landmark.

From here follow the signpost and marked trail.

Kerry Way Stage: Sneem to Kenmare (25km 16 miles)

This stage of the Kerry way starts just by the pedestrian bridge which joins the north and South squares of the village.

Follow the marked route.

Kerry Way Stage: Caherdaniel to Sneem (19km 12 miles)

The starting point for this stage of the walk is the little village of Caherdaniel. At the crossroads proceed as per the markings.

Again follow the marked trail.

Kerry Way Stage : Waterville to Caherdaniel (28km 17 miles)

On this stage of the Kerry way you have two choices. You can decide to take the shorter and more costal route - 13km (8 miles). The other alternative is to take the inland route which is significantly longer at 29 kilometers (18 miles).

Taking the costal route is much shorter and has spectacular views. Follow the marked route.

Kerry Way Stage: Cahirciveen to Waterville (30km 19 miles)

Leaving Cahirciveen, walk back along the road to reach the trail.

Follow the marked route in conjunction with the guidebook.
